Ingredients
Organic carrot (40%), wholemeal spelt flour (WHEAT), ispaghula husk, extra virgin olive oil, salt and water.
Allergens
Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN). Spelt is a form of wheat. Not suitable for people with coeliac disease or a wheat or gluten allergy or intolerance.
Storage
Keep frozen. Frozen shelf life: three months. See pack for best-before information.
Cooking
Cook directly from frozen. Pan-fry for a firmer texture and lightly crisp finish, or boil for a softer texture. Follow the verified cooking times and full instructions on the pack.
